More About Catherine
Hi, I’m Catherine Cherry and I’ve been a Realtor serving Northern Solano County for 28 years. I’ve recently affiliated with McGuire Capital Group Realty which is a home grown company with deep roots in this area. I started my career with Kappel and Kappel and was regularly in the top 5% among hundreds of agents. While there I served as President of the Board of Realtors for Northern Solano County in 2006. I was also President of the Women’s council of Realtors in 1994. I earned the SRES education designation to serve the unique needs of seniors. I’ve also been a top agent for Short Sales and a certified HAFA specialist. I’ve been active in the community having raised thousands of dollars for the Vacaville School Music program, on the board for On Stage Vacaville supporting performing arts, fundraising gala for American Cancer Society. We’ve been in the Vacaville business community as founders of Cherry Pit, a trusted Automotive maintenance business. Vacaville has been my home since 1973 where we have raised six children and now have 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, all living close by. In 1979 we found an 1880’s Victorian farmhouse on eleven acres in Pleasants Valley and stripped it down to the frame, restoring and adding on. We lived there for thirty five years until it became too much work. We now live Downtown in a Spanish Bungalow with lots of shade trees and I love it. As busy as I am, I still find time to make quilts and work in our garden Vacaville has been a great place to raise a family. It’s is my community and I would enjoy helping you become part of it.
